I have asked and complained about the outside appearance of our 2 gas stations in my home town and obviously went on def ears and was talking to a rude and short tempered lady from speedway rewards and she hung up on me even though I had another question. this company doesn't care about nothing but $$$. There is one thing I don't understand when this company makes billions of $$ and they refuse to update the gas station with a better parking lot and new pumps would be nice, the pumps look 30 years old and some handles are really bad so I asked the manager but there is no plans for a update,so long but I had enough. Also it maybe a good idea for gas from 1 refinery instead of many different places A few days after I posted my complaint on web site given I was given this laim excuse stating we sent your request to upper management that is the same line they give every body isn't it well strike 3 your out speedway Update It seems they have patched the pot holes which is a good thing.

This place has absolutely gone downhill. The old staff from a couple of years ago was pretty great but now there's a new person working the counter every week and they always have a crappy attitude. It's not my fault you're low on ones and fives. Learn how to speak to customers or don't work in retail

They are very rude and nasty to their customers and employees they never have any of the coolers filled with any products never have any of their tobacco products plain and simple they absolutely do not how to place orders or how to manage a business at all

Women working there were elsewhere. Didn't come to the counter for a few minutes. Then they just look at you and don't even say thank you or have a nice day. Just down right rude!

This place has went downhill over the years. New employees all the time. Some of them are very rude and act like it's inconvenient to wait on customers. I usually only go for gas now and I pay at the pump just to avoid going in. I understand people need to work and don't always have the best work environment but I saw the cashier get mad at 3 people because she misunderstood. I could understand that happening once but not every single time I've been in there. I'm a creature of habit so I will continue to get my gas there and attempt to avoid the inside.

You can't go wrong with these locations of plentiful and terrible, all rolled into one.There is always something tasty rolling or heating under lamps, that have been handled more than the town bookends, at the local watering hole. Of course, you will assuredly leave with a monsterous choice of your favored beverage. One or many, to wash down such angry cuisines! Since there are no limits to what behooves you and your thirst, know that it is ALL at your fingertips, at SPEEDWAY! Be it coffee stations that are heaping with crazy options, that will fill your unwashed gallon sized travel chalice! Or, a shot glass to fuel truck sized foam cup, to satisfy your needs! Believe me, you are covered!Dont minimize the wonderment of the coolers, filled with a colorful and sizing array of gut bombs! Oh no! Endless rows of fluids are in season, that will spike your insulin and make you feel like you can hear your hair growing, to round out your joyous desires. Or, take on a natural, freshly squeezed or "healthy" consideration! Such as an oolong tea, claimed to be imported from the highest of monks, of far away origin. These are touted as historic recipes, passed thru generations, that will assure your enlightenment...with just a twist of the their plastic topped, single batch heaven. RIGHT THERE AT SPEEDWAY! How incredible!The fuel will usually set off a dash light or two, of some sort. So, keep a fuel treatment or octane booster choice on board. Or, grab one right there! Conveniently in reach, to kick up their sales a notch. Just in case you get a REALLY bad tank. One so bad, that even the bad stuff doesn't like it.The points are fun to collect! Tho, has anyone really ever used them on more than "beverage purchase"? Some of those cards that are available, claim to have the capabilities to pay your kids college tuition...its so well advertised. How can you pass up such opportunities, when you know that maleware may soon be dound on yiur computer...and, THESE are also the magic needed to alieve such trauma. I know there is a scam just waiting to be answered thru them...or, an ICBM LAUNCH solution, just waiting to occur by their activation.I think the coup de grac is that you get to engage with a grouping of people, that will probably be loudly discussing some crazy interaction, engrained in poor choices or undesired (and supposedly unforeseen) result...which may be on display in hair color, excessive head/face jewelry, or from a relationship that is unraveling RIGHT THERE, in your presence.The supply of service and road options are usually well stocked. While offering you most of what you need to succesfully travel. That makes it a known and comfortable choice...even, with some of the EXTRA, that may accompany your visit. Just NEVER attempt to access their bathrooms! From murder scenes to science projects, many are lost forever, or scarred for life.Anymore, the fuel prices are not really less than others. So, don't assume that Shell will cost you more, with far superior fuel. But, a bacon and jalepeno/cheese stuffed bratwurst stick burrito, and a suicide slush, the size of a small person, is DAMN HARD to pass up! Especially, while freely traveling the roads of this incredibly weird, and beloved nation!??

Bought a carton of cigarettes, got home and they are crunchy , dried out and very, very stale. Don't by in Paw Paw by the highway. You get stock in, you rotate it. Outrageous to spend that much money & you can't return ( if you've left the store !) That's why I normally don't go there !

Inconsistent policy enforcement. Seems to be based off of which cashier you get and what kind of mood they're in. After today, I'll only go in to get what I need at my usual time. The evening crew has never given me a problem and seem to be happier and kinder all around.

The little girl with her attitude problem needs a new job! Explained what I needed because people usually get it wrong and she said "no comment", threw my stuff onto the counter and looked at me like I had the problem! Horrible service!
