This place is the only thing left since the dinosaurs! Applied for a mortgage and it tool almost 2 weeks to get a preapproval. Applied at 3 places same day and pre approvals were in hand after 3 to 4 hours. Once they got around to completing the preapproval, I got a call 6 days after the pre approval was letter generated. I told them they could hold the file pen but was going with a another lender that had a 20k higher preproposal. He says as sarcastically as he could well, good luck with that. I'd like to say thank you, because I closed my loan in 8 days with that other lender. Your organization is back in the 90's with the process and no ones got time for that waiting around game anymore. 2 weeks is really out of the question these days! Lastly for a deposit of 3K that went into my account via check from my dad, they wanted a gift letter, ok understanderable, but went to also request my dads bank statement to prove where he got the money! I have not seen dad laugh that hard in quite some some time. How intrusive do you need to be? I check written from my dads account should be enough, it was not a cash deposit, it was a check deposit from my dads account. Of all 4 I got preapprovals none ask for this, the gift letter was plenty enough.

Always a wait. Some friendly staff. Smells weird in the lobby. You need an appointment to meet with a banker. Open until 6p

Worst bank in Southern michigan, from the way they handle your money, to the way they treat you.I truly believe that PNC has just started banking and learning the trade.Complete rookies. Would not recommend.Also am switching banks ASAP.Dont trust them with your money.

After spending time attempting to reorder checks, I finally phoned your Paw Paw branch. My problem, which was a bit different due to being on automatic check reorder, was resolved satisfactorily by a very helpful, patient and professional gal. She was open to my conclusion that perhaps next time I had any technical difficulty in banking, I would just phone them. We have been very pleased with this branch since ours in Hartford was closed.

Terrible, staff needs sensitivity training. Asking people personal question for financial needs in the lobby. I was there to update the bank on my husband's recent passing ..and was asked these questions in front of a lobby full of people. Very uncomfortable getting the questions in the lobby and answering as well Terribley insensitive CSR... rethinking this bank.

Very unhappy with PNC. After being charged hundreds of dollars in unnecessary overdraft fees im wiping my hands of this bank. Switch to credit union!!
