“The new parts and service manager, Jeff, went above and beyond. I dropped off my jet ski with water damage. I was told it would be done within a week. I was happy with a week and I wasn't able to get anymore for at least 2-3 weeks. He had it done the next day. Not even 24 hours later. Pricing is completely fair and way less expensive than some of the other local "big dogs" where I used to go. I have found my new go-to for service and winterization.”

“Unfortunately I was recently in a small accident and my car was going to need some body work. This shop was a preferred body shop from my insurance company MEEMIC. This meant by choosing Tapper for the repairs, the entire claim process would be easiest. And I was all for that! (There were other preferred shops in town but this was closest to my home) I had never been to Tapper body shop and honestly had never heard of it. After getting off the phone with insurance I gave them a call about dropping my car off. The already had my information from MEEMIC and said I could bring it in anytime. Dropped it off later that day. Manager Craig, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Repaid took about two weeks, the promised time frame. My car is now back to like new condition :) The entire process was so easy!”
