Went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and use my digital coupon, but as I was trying to explain how the coupon worked through my Marlboro app, I was told to "BE QUIET" by the cashier, which the manager heard as well since she was only a couple of feet away. The manager didn't apologize, and the cashier certainly didn't.
As someone who has spent my career in Customer Service, it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to tell a paying customer to be quiet. I actually was quiet, not yelling, not upset...UNTIL the comment was made and nothing was done by the manager to rectify it. The cashier has an attitude problem and apparently doesn't care about embarrassing people in front of other customers. Sure hope no one treats her the way I was treated today. Shame on her.
Parma needs to do better.

I was there waiting for my brother and these 2 women who work there with a black truck and a tan car harassed me into leaving and hit my car and tried getting into my car, I’m only 20 years old and these women were in there 40s and I wasn’t doing anything wrong but waiting

Well, it is a gas station in a small town. The one pump was slightly damaged and hard to select fuel grade. Apart from that what else is there to say?

Ran out of gas on 94 like a very smart person. Hiked into town for a refreshment, a gallon of 93, and a Jerry can to haul it back. Fair prices. Clerk gave good advice. Nice place.

Gas prices where great tapering ? know used to be 20 cents cheaper than other gas retailers know the same price . Well the good has come to a end.
