I have been going to this office for over 10 years. There has always been a strange vibe here. After my visit this week, I finally realized the problem. The Office Manager is married to Dr Born. She is rude, condescending to employees and anyone who questions anything. I feel sorry for the employees there. I left there this week and found another dr before turning onto G ave. I will never go there again and suggest you think twice before going there yourself. I pray for Julie Born every day now. She needs to live by the bible quotes around the office.

We have lived in seven states so I have used a lot of different doctors and this is an excellent practice with great staff. Dr. Born finally explained clearly my problem and gave several ways of treating it. Yes there was a bit of waiting but there was the covid staff shortage mess still hanging around and then the flu outbreak. Through all of this the staff were friendly, helpful and positive. I am very glad a local friend suggested this hidden gem of an independent clinic. It is more like the old small town doctors office than the factory our old office became once it was bought up by a large hospital chain.

I have gone to Parchment Family Practice for about 3 years now. Now I do not know WHY I have put up with this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism for so long. The office is unorganized and not proactive at all. They do not care about patients or the patient experience at all. There will be no surveys or opportunities for your input. They are not interested in bettering their process for their benefit or yours. They do not do refills on request from pharmacies, so you have to manually call in to confirm. And they do not inform you of this process, so you are in the lurch when you think you are getting a refill. Communication on what the process for anything is not communicated. I have been misdiagnosed more than once, much to my pain and detriment on multiple occasions. For simple items that should have been a knowledge area for the doctor. He is NOT a functioning of informed DO. Adjustments done were not successful, even after repeated tries, and I didn't know until I went to a REAL chiropractor who, after months of being in pain, successfully identified and treated my condition in a matter of minutes. Inexcusable. Please do not waste your time or your precious health on this provider or this office. It has been nothing but painful, literally and figuratively. And this is true of all providers there. What a debacle! I clearly believe in giving many chances. I am so disappointed and want to save others the pain and disappointment, time and cost. On my last and final conversation with them they accused me of not taking responsibility for my own health. I am DONE!

Anyone reading this should know that this review is because of a one time experience that the office staff is to blame for.I can understand that after 3 years a person is no longer considered a patient. If you had told me that on the phone I would have scheduled somewhere else or gone to a walk in clinic.I called because after 10 days of constant coughing, I wanted a practice that I have trusted my family with for many years, and still do, as my wife and my daughter with her new baby.Your office chose to give me an appointment and that should have been honored. Even if that was only an exception because of the mistake.Instead, I am there early as requested. Then told to wait in the car. I then receive a phone call telling me the bad news. An apology was made but I still had to travel there in the hope that I would get help from people I trust.

Website absolutely needs to be remade. No place to navigate to pay bill online. Floors and couches need to be cleaned as well. Thankfully I found another place to go.

Highly recommend this practice. The Borns and staff are friendly, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like they listen and take the time to talk to me about my care. I never feel like a number. They’re highly informed of research and evidence based care. I feel like I’m getting the best possible care and always get my questions answered.-Alexis

I Can not say enough about this office and the professionalism, my family and I have been coming to see the Born's for several years and it's always been a wonderful experience.The office manager Julie is always so kind she remembers my children's names key events always greets with a smile she goes above and beyond to be welcoming.The knowledge of the staff is exactly what I had been looking for. When we searched for a family practice we knew this was the place for us. Dr Born is so knowledgeable and great he helps with any questions or concerns and explains to the detail. Thank you again to the staff and Doctors

I am extremely grateful to Parchment Family Practice for the their kindness and understanding. They recently provided me with a two months supply of medication for free because I was briefly without insurance. In addition, when I call the office they always help me right away or return my calls that day. I feel cared for at Parchment Family Practice, not just as a patient but as a human being. Keep up the great work!

Dr Born and his wife are racist. When addressed of a comment that the doctor said to his patient when referring to prayer and feeling better, doctors response was “as long as you don’t pray to Buddha or Allah.” Who says that? Especially in medicine! And then when addressed about the comment they fired staff member immediately!

Julie, the “office” manager is absolutely unprofessional. She, herself is racist I cannot speak upon anyone else in that office but Julie Born is a unprofessional, judge-mental person.

Unprofessional , disrespectful and beyond rude. Making racist remarks to patients is beyond unacceptable in life no one should Be under his care.
