“I would give the lady working this morning 5+ stars. When I told her the scent in the store gives me headaches (and burns my lungs), she propped the door open! She also held a large mirror so I could see the back of what I tried on.I would give the store 5 stars if the Aroma 360 scent were removed, there were petite sizes, and there were more size XS.”

“I had a poor experience with the outlet customer service from the website. They sent me the wrong size phone case, and said the rest were sold out when they were still selling them off the website! ??♀️ Customer service wouldn’t even connect me to an outlet store after he told me that the stores may have a few left. I had to do the leg work to find a store. Found this one in Auburn Hills and spoke with Diana. Why have I been wasting my time with the website?!? She informed me that at the store you get a 30day return policy where everything on the site is final sale. She found the case I was looking for and then proceeded to wave the shipping cost bc of my troubles. There is a lot to be said for customer service in these days where everything is becoming automated. She sent me a link to purchase the item and she was so kind and very helpful. I will be now driving an hour out of my way just to receive this service! Diana was soooo kind and extremely helpful! Keep up the good work! ???”
“Having been to a good number of Kohl's locations in the Macomb/Oakland area, recently shopping at the Auburn Hills/Lake Orion location was the by far the best Kohl's experience for me. The first thing that immediately caught my attention was how clean and organized it was. The ease of finding what I was looking for was flawless. Upon checking out, there were 4 open registers at approximately 1 pm. That's a WOW! The young lady at the register who had taken care of me was eager to accommodate and sincerely friendly! I don't often leave reviews for multiple reasons. I felt compelled to do so in this circumstance, seeing that my experience really was excellent!”

Classy, sassy and well designed and textured wardrobe pieces.I have kept ALL of the pieces as they wear well and continue to show glamour and exceptional quality! The jewelry is especially snappy!An extra special WOW! I had ordered stylish turtle necks last year and they were out of stock. I just received 2 from last years (back ordered) and since the date was so far removed, the gracious manager had me keep them! “I have always received good service at the The Loft Outlet but yesterday I received fantastic service. Anthony was so willing to help me find what I needed and explained to me that because of the lockdown, production was slow to fill orders and The Loft was doing everything they can to bring me my favorite pieces that I love so much. “This is, by far, my favorite store (Rochester Hills, MI in the Villages) to shop! The sales associates are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. They provide honest support and are NOT pushy or fighting for your sale. I love the merchandise and J.Jill carries "tall" sizes which I need on occasion. Additionally, the store is clean and the merchandise is always displayed and SORTED CORRECTLY BY SIZE!! My daughter and I love to shop there, and though we have very different styles, we always find things we love.”
