So good! I went to Jordan Garza and she is amazing. So is the entire stuff though. Jordan was so polite, listened to my ideas and requests thoroughly. I'd definitely go back to her.

Bad experience with a stylist giving me misinformation. They tried to charge me double. I was not willing to pay for her error. The manager offered me 1/2 off and said I didn’t have to tip the stylist. I was not happy with that. Wanted to speak with the owner and it has been almost 2 weeks, no call. I paid for the services AND still tipped the stylist. Customer experience is -10.

I will absolutely never frequent this business again after they have allowed their employees to wear political attire, spread misinformation and make racisit comments when they think others can't hear or aren't listening. I wouldnt feel safe bringing any of my family/friends or children here either now. So glad they styilist I used to see left….from what she has said this is a BIG reason she did.

Erin did an amazing job on the cut and style for myself and my mom. Erin even took the time to explain the process she would use to help my mom embrace her natural gray (mom is still on the fence) but Erin went into detail about all the steps and what maintenance might be as well. I highly recommend making an appointment for your salon needs. The staff at Valor Salon is always kind and helpful as well. Very clean and inviting atmosphere.

As a senior I have had color, hi-lites, trims and other needed hair services.
I have used Jordan for over 6 years.
The salon itself is lovely and everyone that works there are very friendly, so I highly recommend them as they service every age group !

I went to Erin after my previous hairstylist failed to give me the color I had asked for more than once. Erin was so amazing to communicate with and she NAILED IT! I’m so in love with my color and so grateful for her taking the time to really understand what I was looking for. She also gave my bangs such a perfect cut that’s perfect for my hair texture. I would recommend her over and over again!

I had the best blowout experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My stylist was incredibly skilled, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The wash was so relaxing, and the products they used smelled incredible. When they finished, my hair was silky, voluminous, and had the perfect bounce! I felt absolutely glamorous. If you’re looking for a flawless blowout that makes you feel like a million bucks, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
