I went here to ship mail, I am a small business owner who comes in here multiple times a week to use this system and today this lady when I tried to mail a package today told me she had no idea how to do it so she calls multiple people to ask, no one answers which I can obviously hear, and she turns to me and says "our mail service has been down for awhile now" all while rolling her eyes at me. When I know that's a lie especially since I mailed a package yesterday. Extremely unprofessional and bc of this I have to send all of my customers refunds... thanks.

They will not deliver packages to my house,why do I have to pay shipping when I have to go pick it up?
