Just want to take some time to sing some praises for the pharmacist who worked on 11/18, 2023, for his professionalism and efficiency. I was late for my appointment, and by the time I got there, the pharmacy had just closed. They have only 30 minutes for lunch, but after a few minutes of waiting, the pharmacist still gave me my shot. Thank you!

So far I didn't have any negative experiences with people working in this pharmacy, everyone was so helpful, we fill our prescriptions in this pharmacy monthly never had any issues.

Associates are rude, don't know how to do their job, and treat customers terribly. Wait times are astronomical and the store is dirty, too. Garbage in the parking lot and overflowing from the receptacle by the doors. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I never have a problem here. They fill my refills with in 10 mins every time. Having to deal with the general public is hard, adding health insurance makes it harder.

I really like this Rite Aid. I stopped going to the Walgreens that is closer to my house because it was always seemed so dirty, especially with the overflowing trash bins. This Rite Aid feels much cleaner than Walgreens, and I have found the pharmacy team to be very friendly and helpful.

Thank you too the lady pharmacist (older, with short dark brown hair).I had went up there earlier this evening and search of something that would help my tooth pain until I get to the dentist on the 13th. I had walked up to the pharmacy area and asked if they had any anbesol and she told me exactly what aisle, it wasn't even 3 minutes later she was coming out from behind the counter to help me find what would work best for me.I was in tears at this point because of my tooth pain. She had asked me if I had any Motrin and I told her I didn't so she showed me were some Motrin was and told me what I should do that would possibly help ease my pain till the dentist appointment.Thank you so so SO much, I have anbesol on my tooth and it feels much better, I'm about to take some Motrin and hope it does the trick.

The older lady with glasses and salt and pepper hair is a HUGE problem. I forgot my wallet in my car as I had my two year old with me and I’m 29 weeks pregnant (pregnancy brain lol) I told her I forgot it and she literally threw my bag and was out loud saying “oh my god” “this is unbelievable”. As someone with anxiety she really made me have a panic attack. I wasn’t even going to go back in for my items but I really needed them so I had to. Then we started talking about me having another baby and how She had two girls 15 months apart and I said “I know It’s gonna he rough having two under two!” And she goes: “well you could have prevented that” in front of a whole line of customers!!!! I worked at rite aid for three years and that would have NEVER been acceptable. This isn’t the only AWFUL interaction with her!! Since I moved to my apartment this last February this has been my go to rite aid and she’s been like this nearly every single time I’ve come in!! And not only to me but to others too!! Luckily I usually get this dark haired gentleman that’s SUCH A SWEETHEART. Next time I walk in and see her I’m walking right back out and going to Walgreens

I have to give a huge 5 stars to this rite aids pharmacy team (male pharmacist and female pharmacy tech) that was working Friday night (7/29) and Saturday (7/30) morning. I had a prescription sent there for my son. Had encountered an out of stock issue, insurance issue, and eventually got my sons 1,400 dollar out of pocket script down to free. And it was solely because of this RX team!! I will always use this pharmacy specifically because of them. I can't thank them enough, seriously. They made a very hectic and stressful situation manageable and truly gained my trust. Thankyou again!

Went to get a Covid test…first it was self administered, why go out and do that when you can just get an at home test? Second, it’s been over 5 days and I still don’t have my results. I don’t see the point of getting tested if it takes longer than a eeek to get results, by then my symptoms have vanished. B
