Honestly super disappointed I’m making this review because I was so excited to try this place out for my dog. They called me a month ago regarding an appointment I had made 2 months in advance and I got an email that said my appointment was approved and then they called me asking if I really needed a Saturday or if I could reschedule. Holidays got super busy so I kinda forgot about it until 2 days ago so I called and no answer. I then got a text tonight from them saying I have no appointment bc I didn’t call them back. You guys shouldn’t have approved an appointment for my dog on a day that said you guys are open and then cancel it without even trying to call again. Never will give my money to this place.

Wow tried to get my dogs nails trimmed and this lady was very rude on the phone complaining about somebody that didn't show up guess I'll go somewhere else

I've been bringing our Shephardoodle here for years, and it's always a fantastic experience. Our furry friend goes in looking shaggy mutt and comes out a beautifully groomed pup. The staff is consistently friendly and respectful. Their website's booking system is excellent. I typically schedule about a week or two in advance. Despite the 30-minute drive, it's worth it for the excellent service and reasonable pricing they offer.

No integrity. The ladies there quoted me a price and when I got a call to pick up my dog, I am told the owner, Lori, decided she wants $10 more. They also stole the pepper spray off my leash handle. The dog wasn't cut to my instructions. Go somewhere else!

Lori and team take great care of our labs- and they were 12 and 14. Hunley is very timid but always comes home feeling pretty and happy!

I’m very happy with my dog’s grooming. Lori was very patient with my mini schnauzer who is 14 & difficult to groom.

My wife and I have three dogs who have seen groomers regularly, so we consider ourselves well versed in the grooming world.Lori is rude. Very short answered, brief and sounds like she’s annoyed every time she talks to you.Their facility isn’t clean - dirty walls, floors, and an unpleasant smell.Our regular groomer here left the company, and we were not informed by Lori’s. They tried to change the regular grooming appointment to something less saying they didn’t have time, and got mad when we canceled as a result. They later called us back to ask if we knew where the groomer who had left was working. Seemed to be a dispute between an employer and a former employee that shouldn’t have been any business of us, a customer.Pricing was fair, to give them some credit.

TERRIBLE customer service! I called to make an appointment for my dog to get groomed and the receptionist was extremely rude and short on the phone. She refused to accommodate or make a future appointment for my dog. I've taken my dog here before a handful of times and had no problems in the past. She stated that the groomer who usually groomed him was no longer working there and that they still groomed that certain breed, but would not make an appointment. No other explanations were given or "Sorry, have a nice day".

Loris pet paradise is a wonderful place to take your dog for grooming. I have been taking my 2 dogs here for a while now and they get very special attention and love. My dogs are always happy to come here because Lori gives them a lot of attention and takes care of them like they belong to her. Everybody there is very nice and helpful and care about the dogs. I highly recommend bringing your dog here. Prices are reasonable and they smell so clean and are groomed to perfection.

An amazing place to take your dogs to get groomed!Everyone working there is patient and sweet with the dogs that get brought in!I've gotten by dog groomed and have done the self service and don't know why the other review says they use house hold blow dryers when they are definitely grooming blowers! May not be exactly what the groomers themselves use but it definitely gets the job done!It took a minute to figure out self service but managed to get my dog washed, dried and beautiful!

Took them in today for that scheduled appointment, they claim they texted to cancel the appointment last week, never received such a text. Attempted to schedule another appointment right there and they say, “we’re not taking any new clients”. Um, not new they’ve been here before. You cancelled because you lost an employee but can’t schedule again. Get your act together. Treated rudely.
