Poor service and the person cutting my hair had her hair in my face the whole time. I couldn’t see and it was itching my nose. I don’t know how she cut my hair with hers in the way but it turned out horrible.

Lindsay has been cutting my hair for almost three years, and she’s the best in the game. Every cut is perfect, and she somehow makes the whole experience fun and memorable. She absolutely deserves a raise. Leaving Michigan is bittersweet because I know finding someone as talented and awesome as Lindsay is going to be impossible. She’s truly the GOAT!

Theresa was outstanding. She didn't cut my hair like every other stylist has done which is wetting it down & hoping for the the outcome. I would say Theresa at the Oxford location is the best stylist I've ever had at Great Clips.

I asked for a simple haircut and the barber decides to cut my hair completely buzzed. Cut didn’t listen to a word I said, has a hearing problem and said underhanded comments that was not supposed to be said I want my money back.

It was easy to sign in and get my hair cut. Checking the wait time from home is the best way.

Checked in online. Said 7 minute wait, but after I checked in, was 35. Was an hour and 20 minutes until closing when I checked in. Got there and went in when they texted. It was two older ladies working. One came up front to check someone out and said "oh my God" while looking at the four of us waiting. I canceled my check in and left. Maybe hire younger stylists and nicer ones. I understand it was closer to closing however, some of us only have certain times we can go.
