My mom bought a car there about a year ago. First her oil pan needed to be fixed at around 6,000 miles. Then a few 100 miles later I am hearing some noise by the muffler. Took it to Tuffy and they recommended to take it back to the dealership bc it looks like there is loose baffle in the muffler. The muffler needs to be replaced. I took a video of the horrible sound it made while it warmed up. The service people said there is nothing wrong with it. I made it a point to speak with Ben the owners son and he said....I don't have a crystal ball to have recognized the car was going to have problems. I told him that he had service people to help solve a problem. The problem never was solved. I feel like they took advantage of my sick mom and left me looking silly as if I was hulucinating the problem. I would not take my car there or recommended this place to anyone especially woman.

Carson is always super helpful and patient. I always ask a million questions and take forever to make up my mind. He makes me feel comfortable and I know he is genuinely looking out for me!

I have been a customer since 2017 and the reason that I continue to do business with your establishment is because of my Salesperson Carson Colbry. He does an excellent job for me every time. He earned my business in 2017 and he has always done right by me. Everyone is friendly and the dealership is a great place to lease or buy a vehicle from. I have recommended others to you because of the excellent service that Carson provides to me. I look forward to doing business with this establishment in the future. I pray that Carson will always be there. He is an excellent Salesperson.

Always good service.
I had body work done and the staff at Young's was excellent from start to finish and very professional. My estimated time was 7-10 days, my vehicle was returned to me in 5 days. Perfectly detailed and looking like new. My car had only 2000 miles when wrecked but the detail job on this was phenomal. I had to provide 2 estimates to my company and from the beginning getting the estimate completed, appointment made, and body work completed was very smooth. This is my first time using Young's body shop but certainly a very good experience.

Well I first came into the service department for an oil change on our 2022 blazer. Eddie happened to be working that day so I asked if there were any good deals on trucks, since I was in last year. He found one and we were able to get out of our 2022 blazer lease and into a new 2024 silverado. We keep coming back to youngs because we get great service on all ends.

I would caution anyone going to Young's. Each time I have had my car there for work I have had to take it back. Sometime multiple times. How does a silver rim get ordered, inspected and placed on a car that has factory black rims? How does paint work get sent to a customer in that condition? I was not once offered an apology, just snide remarks about how I shouldn't have picked my car up from them then.
Problems like these tend to be endemic of bigger issues. If this is how they treat customers, how are you going to be treated after buying a Cadillac, or god forbid, have to make a warranty claim on that Caddy?
