Had an issue with our brake assist. Brought it to the dealer. After some time iy was determined that a rodent had chewed through some wires. They were able to repair the wiring and get us back in service. We purchased an extended warranty but unfortumately did not cover this type of damage. The repair was a not that expensive. We appreciated their thoroughness in diagnosing and repairing our problem.

Took a vehicle in for a recall (wiper motor). When we came to pickup vehicle we were told the vehicle has a major oil leak. We keep this vehicle in a garage. There has NEVER been any oil on garage floor, as shown in picture! They removed parts that we never authorized! When we brought this up to the service manager he just said “we have cameras”. Can’t wait for them to get the return call from GM. I’ve attached a pic to prove I’m telling the truth….

Bought a truck 1 week ago from there new lot. A day after purchasing it started to make a squel sound from the back left tire. After 50 phone calls to everyone in the company it felt like I get put on the phone with a boy named JT. After talking to him on the phone and explaining I work 80 hrs a week and do side jobs I don't have time to wait for a truck to get serviced he said I could come in at an agreed time that Saturday so we can talk abt the rental trucks problem and get me in a rental car. After him telling me only 30 more minutes for 2.5 hrs they did the brakes on my truck and I was late late to a job site I was paying $200 an hour for my workers to sit around while I got there 2.5 hrs late. I explained to him after the experience how I didn't appreciate getting lied to over the phone and it turned into a all out screaming cussing match right there in there service center with JT, who proceed to cuss and handle things how I would expect a 6th grader to pointing out the dirt in my wheel wells from working and all around being a rude person. I told him this is the last car I buy from any youngs car lot and I WILL go out of my way to make friends and family don't make the same mistake I did. I still have a pit in my stomach(tonight after this incident) from the unfortunately and misleading things he did. 0/10 experience. I lost money and time because I was tricked into bringing a truck for all new brakes 200 miles after there 128 or whatever point inspection. Unreal
