Skip was very helpful back in the photo department. I came in to ship a FedEx package not realizing that the on-site FedEx location wouldn't have packages available. He went above and beyond to find a spare box to ship my package and even took the liberty of providing bubble wrap and tape to seal it up. Great customer service.

I have been waiting well over twenty minutes to check on a prescription.Phone Hung up twice. No direct line. I'm disgusted. I still don't know the answer. I will be transferring my business elsewhere.
