I don't know what's happened but the girls use to be so friendly, most of them are but I had a rude one this morning. I've been going to Vgs Pharmacy for years just because the girls were so nice and helpful. But that seems to be changing. Really disappointed!!

Staff is very friendly. That is the only good thing I have to say about this place.On numerous occasions there have been issues. Starting with - I had picked up my medication when it was ready, no problem there. But I had one I needed to get refilled a few days later and when I picked that one up they proceeded to give me ANOTHER month supply of all my medications that I had picked up previously…interesting…They don’t check your ID when picking up a controlled substance. I know this from my own experience with picking up my medication.On multiple occasions I have run out of my medication and told that they would contact my doctor to get it filled even when it says it still has a refill left. They don’t communicate with the doctor who is prescribing. Don’t trust them. I have had to call my doctor after waiting and waiting and waiting until I decided that the medication was never going to be filled. My doctor had to give me the exact date they sent the script over so I could tell the pharmacy that. Then they gave it to me. So they had the script for over a month at the pharmacy. Meaning because of them I’m off my medication cold-turkey for over a month. The medication even says don’t quit cold-turkey because it can cause DEATH.

I don’t know what has happened to this place use to be a friendly place to get my scripts filled. Lately they have been rude and won’t do anything for there customers.

I will never use VGs fast lane or shop at any VGs grocery store ever again. Had a pick up and when I got home an item was missing that I was charged for (happen to be the most expensive item purchased). I called the store to get a refund and the grocerier assigned said she packed it in the bag so we will get no refund. That's great but it never made it into my truck. That's not how customer service works.

Vgs pharmacy on Leroy has always been my favorite pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, helpful, informative and they seen to genuinely care about their customers. I've gone to other big store pharmacies in the area and have never been treated as well as I am treated at the Leroy st Vgs pharmacy. Thanks ladies, keep up the good work.
