16 months of trying to get my problem resolved and its still not resolved yet. Trade in credits are a lie and the mangers honestly don't care to even take care of this issue. I would look else where when it comes to getting a new phone.

No parking. I had to park behind the building. And all I wanted was one of those wireless hotspot to go things and no 1 asked me if I had any questions or anything. They told me they would be with me in a moment. And I sat in there and waited for a 1/2 hour. And they still didn't tell me that they were almost done.There were 2 workers in there.They were busy helping other customers.But after a 1/2 hour I'm not sure how much longer I was going to have to wait so I walked out.I will take my business elsewhere

Very unprofessional our sales person had his feet up on the chair when we walked in, then almost sold us the wrong charger for my husband's phone, then he goes back and gets us the correct charger, we get home and he neglected to ask us since this is not a charger with a USB port for the wall unit if we had the correct one for this cable to work, so nope it wont work and now we will have to make another trip back just to return the wrong cable not a good experience and will not recommend this verizon store in the future nor will we be back.
