I’m currently in the process of moving out on my own. Doing my address change has probably been the most confusing and difficult thing I have done. Tried to do it online, and have had nothing but issues. Stopped in the other day to get some help, and all the women in there were fantastic. Vickie, Ashleigh and another woman I’m unsure of her name. They all spent a decent amount of time assisting me, answering questions and everything else. So thankful to be able to get some help!

Should retrain those mail people.If they're too lazy to close the mailboxes and if they can't deliver the mail to the right owner ...maybe they should just find a different job.

Drove from Howell to Owosso to apply for our passports. Darren was great and very helpful. Thankfully he caught my mistake Writing the wrong bday date for my son! Large clean post office with convenient parking!

A picture that cannot be replaced and was sent to me in a padded envelope it said fragile right on it handle with Care I just got it today 5)11/22 and the glass is cracked not just cracked it's broke it's a picture of my dad that can't be replaced My Dad passed away March/ 12/ 2022 The picture is from 1948 When MY Dad was in the Korean war. Age 18 .I HAVE PICTURES OF THE BROKEN GLASS AND THE FRAME WAS DAMAGED. I HAVE REPLACED THE PICTURE AND FRAME.

Where to begin.1)They jammed a box so hard into my mailbox that they broke off the flag. When I called, the guy was not real friendly. Said they would send someone out. Got a vmail next day basically stating that the mail carrier claimed they didn't do it and there was no way to prove they did. Which wouldn't be a big deal, I guess except for the fact that I keep getting my neighbors' mail. I can't leave in the mailbox to be picked back up by carrier since I no longer have a flag to put up. So now, I have become a unpaid mail carrier as I have to deliver the mail myself.2) They left my neighbors amazon prime package on my trashcan in the pouring rain.3)They leave a postcard in my mailbox claiming to have came to the door and no one answered which NEVER happened bc I literally watch them put that card in my mailbox.4) Mail stated it was delivered and it wasn't. So I have to call and complain and it magically shows up the following day.5) Countless times, my mail was soaked from box being left open.

At least three times now the postal worker has left my mail and packages at the wrong door, meaning the door that doesn't have my mail box next to it. I just received return stickers that was put under an rock rather than them putting it in my mailbox where they clearly should have been put.

sent a package to a former resident of this town. I wasn't informed of the move until after I'd sent the package. According to tracking it's been returned at least FOUR TIMES to the post office marked "RETURN TO SENDER" and they keep trying to deliver it.Been calling their number for THREE WEEKS trying to get through and no one ever answers.

literally all of the people who work here except maybe two are rude. our mail carrier is nice, but everyone else I've spoken to on the phone or in person are not willing to help and have an attitude problem.another exception is Tina. she is always incredibly friendly and I always try to see her when I go in! she's so helpful and sweet!?

The post office ruined my irreplaceable 4th of July Cloth diaper!!! The woman at the post office said it looked like it had been run over but she refused to do ANYTHING to remedy the situation!! Not even an apology!!!I'm not sure why I'm suprised though!! We often receive damaged package and rude, loud mail carriers!
