Today is July 12th 2024.
I discovered I had a screw in one of my tires which ended up being in the sidewall which rendered the tire useless. Jole and Josh promptly located a replacement at another location, immediately sent someone to pick the tire up and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes.
You Can't ask for Better Service than that. I will always return to this location and no were else. Keep up the Great Job J&J. Thank You Sincerely Dave Crawford (very satisfied customer)

on the plus side, I have new tires on my car and now it runs smoothly.
won't be back again for the sheer fact they can't get their prices right. I'll pay a $2.50 disposal fee one day for a tire, then the next I'm getting charged $3.99 per tire (this is within a month time frame).
then I get quoted $198 for mounting and balancing, but then my husband goes in for a quote and they tell him $150.
future reference for anybody else, Stewart Street Tire and Auto mounts and balances for $20/tire. I just happened to HAVE to come into this dump on a Saturday when Stewart Street was closed.
not sure where the disconnect is, but not impressed in the slightest and definitely won't be back.
ladies, bring a man with you if you do decide to go to this place.

I recently purchased 4 new tires for our primary driver. After two days the new tires I selected were too loud, my wife and myself just couldn’t drive with the noise. I called the Tire Factory and explained my situation, I offered up front to pay for the labor and any restocking fee to have the tires replaced. They explained there was no need for this, they will replace the tires with a different choice at no additional charge, just the difference in tire cost. I have received excellent customer service from everyone at the Tire Factory Owosso and will be using them in the future for any tire replacements. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
