A lot of times the cable goes off around 2am and quite a bit the picture is All pixelated and irritating to watch about ready to switch. there's been a cable wire hanging in the neighbors yard for 6months or more.seemes to be getting worse.

Stopped in to pay my bill gave the lady 200$. She never put it on my bill. Now they can’t find the payment are refusing to make it right!

Carole is an absolute gem to work with. I came in to get a new phone with my family (which includes small children) and she ensured not only myself but my family was accommodated while we waited. The tech required to verify me in order to get my new phone was atrocious, and made Carole’s job significantly harder. Spectrum should really look into providing their excellent employees with the tools to succeed. Although Carole could not have provided a better experience, Spectrum truly disappointed me regarding the tech. The appointment took twice as long as it needed to sheerly because of it. Again, it would smart for Spectrum to allow their employees to shine rather than needing to rectify a poor experience that the faulty corporate tech caused.

Long time customer, first time reviewer. I cannot thank Carole, at the Owosso Spectrum Store, ENOUGH!!! She is an outstanding addition to this store. She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and when you leave you know you didn't waste your time. During our visit today we added multiple lines with ease and walked out happy customers, all thanks to Carole! Spectrum makes everything an ease from the moment you walk in, all the employees acknowledge your presence and even mention the sign in process which I might add is so simple and easy to use. I personally enjoy making my appointment ahead of time online! Also shout out to Margo and Nicholas! They are wonderful and although they didn't personally help me their conversations were friendly and inviting! If I could I'd give this store 10 stars!!

Pretty upset the only thing that saved me was the employee sales rep Carole was paying 250 now paying 200 will only see and talk to her for help the rest of the employees there are nice she takes her time to find out things. I make big payments each month having this employee help made me stay due to her costumer care. I should give more stars but the wait was long and the bill was so high.

I went in and got service at Spectrum. Carole was very quick and efficient. She knew exactly what I needed and was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Carole to help you with any of your spectrum needs! She is funny and knew what she was talking about. You will not regret it!

Me and my now husband went in to switch/combine service over a year ago. I was planning on changing carriers because if the cost going up and my husband already had at&t. My plan quickly changed, Carol is who "got" us that first time and she listened to issues and resolved it completely, actually saving us money. We ended up switching his line and continuing/adding service. Any time there is an issue we will wait for her even if it's longer to do so. We have seen some of the other reps, I dont remember the blonds name, be very rude to people (especially older) so it's nice to work with someone who not only is friendly but makes sure to help any way she can. I will recommend Carol any time someone needs service. She makes spectrum worth it.
