I was in Michigan for about 4 months and I needed my meds transferred from CVS to this location. They did nothing but mess up. They didn't process my medication on time and I really needed it with my episodes. Then I got different pill in my bottle and I didn't pay attention until weeks when I actually noticed it different colors when I was in the light. The pharmacy provided terrible service. As far as the staff I the front......amazing, welcoming and friendly. They are the reason I didn't give the place one star.

Horrible customer service! I went to pick up a script for my stepdad and needed cash back They told me they couldn't give me cash back because they didn't have any money. I asked if their till was empty. They told me no but they needed the money to make change for people paying with money. I told them I was giving them money. They told me no, I was giving it to them electronically. I went to the cashier up front and asked if he had any money and he said no....why offer a cash back option if you won't give it to people. I ended up having to go to walmart and buy an ear of corn in order to get cash back. I'm so glad this isn't my pharmacy.
