“Nice friendly staff, it’s never too busy, and has plenty of parking. Store is stocked and always clean. They carry a good variety of pet supplies. Rewards system is worth using + they send out good coupons.”

“This place is awesome. The owners are super nice. I had a couple fish to big for there tank they took them for me and let me get some smaller fish. You have any issues with fish fighting that you purchase there or other places EVEN they will take it back and let you get a new one. Or give you credit for the fish that wasn't purchased there and give you a deal on a different one if it was bought somewhere else. The girl there working was super polite and was very helpful. Her name was Hailey. Totally recommend going there. As for the other reviews. People are so judgmental. I read the other reviews. Totally not accurate at all. They take great care of all there animals from what I seen. Maybe they need to run a pet store so we can see how there's looks. Cause I love to pick there place apart like some of these pessimists do on yelp. Not cool. Fairview is a great place to go for pets. Trust me.”

“Manager Mark is great, very knowledgeable, everyone is very helpful. I used to get my $500 a month in dog food at pets plus but their manager fights me everytime I earn a coupon for a discount. I would avoid the manager at pets plus whom gave me anxiety everytime.
Magoo's (Mark) made it quick and easy to be a customer. Very cool people working here.

We all know that not everyone can be made happy. Some reviews complain about things this re-saler has no control of, like your animal won't eat the food. Some very special people out there. But just know that the righteous ones respect you Magoo, im easy to make me a happy customer, i guess the complainers haven't had to deal with Julie at pets plus, even the workers quit cause shes impossible to deal with. I don't go to these stores expecting a therapist to coddle me, lol, We all stand on the same ground, karma has a way of sneaking up on the compromised.”
