Ordered part #fg1293 on warranty from napa auburn. Part needed to be transfered from this owosso location to arrive at the auburn location by the afternoon of 6-17-2024 and they never put it on the truck. So now I have a car torn apart on the hoist and I cant do anything with it because nobody was paying enough attention to put the part on the truck for transfer even though they printed the ticket. This is not the first time either.

It's a real love/hate thing with napa. They catalog parts for dang near anything. They sell top quality wix filters. They are normally lightning fast. Sometimes they have stuff at reasonable prices when everyone else has gone insane (spark plugs anyone?) The online prices can be decent but usually require a discount code of some sort. Unfortunately, the online lookup has been inaccurate lately. Stock status has been poor on a number of filters so I've had to seek other sources. The in-store experience sucks too. Apparently if you aren't in there daily or if you don't arrive covered in grease, you get treated like a very suspicious stranger. It's like walking into a biker bar wearing a velour tracksuit, after jumping out of a yaris. You also get the most highly marked up full retail prices. As a result, I generally use napa only for buy-online pickup at store.
