$100 for an oil change when every single time I go to Valvoline in Grand Blanc, it's $70.. why?! And they didn't even do half of the things the Grand Blanc one does! No light checks, no wiper blade checks, and we had to wait for someone to bring an oil filter to them from somewhere else.. no one even explained where it was coming from or how long we'd be waiting nothing.. after waiting forever and feeling confused AND concerned about our vehicle they say it's a price a lot higher than what I usually pay.. so I ask why and they go "shop fees"..... shop fees are included in the $70 I pay at the other location.. AND THEY actually do ALL services not just change the oil! I ask about price difference and get nowhere and THEN they refused to take our coupon saying they can't scan it.. ok then do the damn math and adjust it! They took a coupon from my fiancé when he had one but completely refused to work with me! Why?!
Never again... absolutely do not recommend. Will continue to go to Grand Blanc..

They don't accept online coupons because they don't have a scanner, and no tire rotations. $10 above the auto parts store for an air filter. Professional and friendly, although I have never in my life paid $100 for an oil change!!

Don't go there to get washer solvent they just use water now all my lines are froze and broke. And for the oil change u don't get the oil u want is is oil from michigan oil company. So when u get the $100 oil it is the same as the 34.99 oil
Only reason I know this is because my husband use to be a Manger there. All the oil is the same oil wonder how they get away with that.
