IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A SPECIALITY PHARMACY, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
This pharmacy not only delivers, but when my insurance changed, they took it upon themselves to get the prior authorization for my medication that my new insurance required. Then when they say what the copay was, they also took it upon themselves to go in and get me the copay card from the manufacturer!!
My other pharmacy (I won’t name) makes you do the calling and running around …
I really appreciate what Memorial does for their customers!!!

Will not get a prescription filled here again!! Horrible customer service. They were very rude on the phone and not helpful at all. They told my physician's office a prescription was not covered by my insurance company and this was not true, then they said that they never said that or sent it. I will not go back!

I'm very grateful for outpatient pharmacy. They always have my medicine in stock and ready to fill.They're also kind and considerate surrounding questions.

I love these guys. I take a lot of medication for my cancer. They always have it ready and let my son pick it up so I can stay in the truck. Rarely out of any thing.

Not sure what you guys are doing but my parents are in their 80s and every single month there's a mix up with my mom's meds. They drive all the way from perry and then have to drive all the way back because something is wrong. I just don't understand how it happens every month .

This place is amazing. I call my epilepsy refills in when I need them, and they have a them delivered to me. The couple of issues I have had, were my mistake and we fixed them, no problem.

Whatever you do do not use this pharmacy, they are a complete joke. They are not at all helpful nor are they prompt about filling prescriptions, they will continually lie to you and tell you that your prescriptions are filled until you go there to pick them up an then make up stories why they are not filled. It took me over 2 1/2 weeks just to get 1 presriptions
