Dirty, crowded, expensive and rude. That pretty much sums up the entire store. The place has certainly gone downhill from how it once was. The employees are careless and rude and very unhelpful. They act like they could care less about you. I won't be going back.

I went there three different times for one prescription told be told it wasn’t done to wait 45 more mins .. on the fourth time of coming and it not being filled I took my business else where .. what a joke u can’t count 15 pills in three hours but u can pay some one to stand at the door and harass people about masks what a joke.

The bakery department did a beautiful job on my daughters came. The ladies worked with the decorations I brought in and put it together beautifully. The cupcakes were done very well too. Only complaint I have is the name is spelled wrong.

Place is kept up and staff is friendly. They have someone to bag your groceries everytime and that's a nice touch.

Big thank you to all staff at Kroger in Owosso, but especially to Larry who helped me find a German chocolate cake mix, which was hiding way behind other mixes and it's for my husband's Birthday on the 7th! Also to cashier Linda who was great and made checking out wonderful. Not only did I find everything on my list, but most of it was on sale! Thank you to Steven for bagging them, he has a great personality. And above that, I lost my card and was able to still get the sales with my phone! Great shopping day, thanks again!�

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. All I did was pick a picture out of their book. Asked for Cars instead of Mickey Mouse, this was an option. The one taking the order even drew a picture of the top of the cake for my approval. I go to pick it up and was it the cake I picked. They even tried to tell me they have to charge me extra for the kit. The cake I choose wasn't a "kit" it was edible image. They agreed to redo it and made me wait a half hour. It still wasn't even close, but it was done. I noticed they spelt my sons name wrong. Tried to blame it on the paper, but the paper has his name spelt right. They "fixed" it again.... it looks horrible! Not to mention during all this they were rude and made comments....
