Would give 0 stars if I could. I'll never be taking my vehicle here ever again. After Reeves closed, I went here 3 times for simple oil changes. Reeves had a reputation for being honest, J&S doesnt.. but they ended up with a lot of free customers off of the ashes of Reeves closing. All of the employees act shady and like they don't want to be there.. Like you're an inconvenience to them by being a customer. They're constantly trying to upsell you things, which is why I stopped going. All 3 oil changes they tried getting me to replace a bunch of relays and whatnot because my oil light and air pressure dummy lights were stuck on. I finally said whatever, do it.. A $250+ bill for that.. ok, whatever.. Get my van back and the dummy lights are still on. I walk back inside and asked why.. They said, "Drive it for a few 100 miles, they'll eventually go off." Here we are 10,000 miles later and the lights never blinked.. I'm about 99% sure they never replaced anything and just collected money for doing nothing. I've heard similar stories from friends with them.. Take your vehicle and money to a different, honest, reputable company, because this one isn't it.
Edit: After reading the owners response, I guess my intuition was correct. They immediately resort to gaslighting, undermining the customer, boast about how great they are, and then reveal the year, make and model of my vehicle (should be private information), for whatever reason. These are the typical signs of a narcissist, and this response only furthers my distrust with this company. No mention that the problems I paid for were never fixed, BEFORE I LEFT THEIR PROPERTY.. But it's my responsibility not to leave them a negative comment. The handling of this situation is bizarre - you'd think they'd stand behind their company, ask questions and offer a way to fix what they didn't fix the first time, and come to some type of resolution that would convince me to change my review. I guess gaslighting and keeping a 1 star review is better business practice?
Also worth mentioning, your "Great reputation with Reeves" is a funny statement.. Considering i'm related to one of the old managers there. He referred me to your shop, I name dropped him, and none of you knew who he was.. Then a kid who was mopping the lobby behind me said "Oh, the guy who wears the goofy hat?" followed by 4 of your employees trying to hold back laughs..

I just took my vehicle there for an alignment they decided to go driving around prior to the alignment they came back gave my wife back the keys and left trash in my vehicle and said they will not work on it and it is a 2005 GMC Sierra in good running and driving condition just needed a front end alignment they were also very rude to my wife I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere

Stopped in for some much needed tires before a winter storm.
Gentlemen helping me was friendly, professional, and explained all the options for my truck. He did not push for any brand or price. He gave me pros and cons of each and let me choose.
This was my first time there and they got me in and the tires on same day in about an hour and 30 minutes. Can't be more happy with my experience and they have gained a new loyal customer that will be back for tire, or other needs for my truck.
Thanks for the great experience and reasonable prices.

Went to a bunch of auto body shops and dealerships and J & S came through when nobody else would and fixed my back truck rotors and brakes fast, efficient, and now truck runs smooth! Thank you so much for your quality work! Definately recommend!

This place is great they know exactly what they are doing bit pricey for repairs but for good reason the mechanics are top notch and they make sure the stuff that goes into repairs is top notch they do not put junky parts into their work
