Told me my vehicle was done so i picked it up paid for it and it wasn't fixed. Took it back in to them, the reason i got was the mechanic doesn’t have AC in his truck so he figured my air was cold enough. It was blowing hot air still. Finally got it fixed and they charged me for the service they did that i already paid for again and now wont refund my money. It’s been over a month. Worst auto repair shop I've ever dealt with.

I had Rudy rebuild an $800 fuel pump for my racecar because I didn't have the right tools to do it.
Rudy actually didn't have the specialty tools to do it either because it's an aftermarket fuel pump, but he made it happen
by coming up with a different way to do it with the tools he had.
I was very impressed with his skills and ingenuity.
That is the kind of thing that separates the great mechanics from the good mechanics. Quality friendly service at a great price.
I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.

For starters, I have never come across a more honest and customer forward business in my life while needing a mechanic. Rudy and his team of highly experienced mechanics go above and beyond, and care for your cars like they’re were working on their own. They were able to not only identify ALL of the problems within my vehicle BUT they also came across a few more issues while they were elbow deep in the repairs and we chose to address and fix those as well. Incredible. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a quality mechanic who has your safety and best interest in mind, contact J&J auto service.

I was contemplating buying a used car in Owosso Michigan, but I live in Maine. I hired J and J to be my eyes and ears, and go check out the car for me. Rudy did an incredibly thorough job.
