“Carole is an absolute gem to work with. I came in to get a new phone with my family (which includes small children) and she ensured not only myself but my family was accommodated while we waited. The tech required to verify me in order to get my new phone was atrocious, and made Carole’s job significantly harder. Spectrum should really look into providing their excellent employees with the tools to succeed. Although Carole could not have provided a better experience, Spectrum truly disappointed me regarding the tech. The appointment took twice as long as it needed to sheerly because of it. Again, it would smart for Spectrum to allow their employees to shine rather than needing to rectify a poor experience that the faulty corporate tech caused.”
