I have been going here for 4 years. In the first year I needed H&R to help me correct several years of filing errors (My Turbo Tax skills apparently stink badly. LOL) and figure out a couple years of Lansing City taxes. Katherine Jenkins fixed it all. She actually got me some refunds out of that mess. Been going there every since.

If I could leave a zero rating I would, ridiculous set up an appointment and even had a reminder text about the date and time and went in for my appointment and they couldn't find my name anywhere and all she could say was sorry and never bothered to help me do not go here!!!!
