This was one of the easiest and best places to file taxes! Kathy helped promptly and pleasure to work with. She was able to help file my business and my parents tax returns all within a week. It would have been quicker if I didn't drag my feet with documents needed. Best place in town! Highly recomend it and will be coming back every year.

I went here for 9 years and had great service with Mike Brady. I missed last year because because of covid, I went ahead and did them online. Decided I would do the app version this year, I uploaded all of my documents on February 6th. I waited until March 3rd, still had heard nothing and nothing had been updated on my app so I finally called. it was just about 24hours from when I had called that I finally got a return call stating that she had somehow just received my uploads that day, almost an entire month later, how is that possible? I went into the office to sign my paperwork, I never even met the woman that did my taxes and although there was an issue on there end technology wise I was still charged $250 for my taxes without even an in face conversation or apology. I was extremely disappointed. I will definitely be using a different location in the upcoming years.

Do not have taxes done here. Was told a week two weeks passed no one reached out to me. Cost went from $110 to $149 to $179. Customer service is horrible rude from start to finish
