Not customer friendly. One trip turned to three due to the mostly incompetent staff. Management seems tired and grumpy. Delightful cashier, though!

The service provider was amazing. Very informative and professional. He offered additional service and I set that up to be done at later date. He deserves a recommendation for a raise. Also my name is Sauer and my address is 2352 n ovid rd. He was given wrong address and wrong name. He navigated very well around the mistake of address. Great personality .

Yesterday my dryer that I purchased just over a year ago from Gilbert’s smelled on fire and then stopped drying all together. I called and left a message with appliance service and someone called me back within minutes and Jeff from service was here in under 30 minutes. He found that there had been a fire in the back because the wires were burnt. He was going to get the part ordered and get it replaced asap and they are going to honor my warranty even though it expired. I’d definitely recommend Gilbert’s Hardware and Appliance!!
