Young man helping me didn't know what I needed but he knew who to ask. The manager knew right off the top of his head. He even explained what the numbers meant. That type of knowledge is irreplacable!

I'm always gonna recommend this place, even if I prefer different kinds of shops(mom&pop, etc). You can find parts anywhere if you look hard enough, but the people there are what keeps the place on my list of recommendations. Tim in particular is incredible, very knowledgeable and courteous. In my opinion it's difficult to find those in the older generations with genuine wisdom while maintaining sincerity in this messed up world of ours, and that was Tim to a T. Certainly knows his stuff and was willing to share that knowledge and show respect, even with someone many years his junior. Do what y'all can to keep him, you guys have one hell of an employee!

I honestly never use to like the big chain part stores. But I have to say this one has some great people working there that know there stuff. I did have a small problem with one of the employees grabbing the wrong belt the first time I came. But I called back and brought the belt back and the belt wasn't even the correct one on receipt so he just grabbed the wrong part number. But they were more then willing to make it right.

Need help with your vehicle? This is the place to go! I got wiper blades & the staff put them right on for me! When I needed a nee car battery thry also put it right in! They also will do a check engine diagnosis free if needed! Very helpful & handicap very friendly! Staff will come out to you if needed! Super service & friendly! Definately best place to go! I Highly recommend & go there.
