This is a great business to deal with. They provided fuel oil at my last house and propane at my new house. They were quick at hooking up new service for me.
They also sell kerosene.

Place is a joke, I have a 10 month old in the house with no hot water and they won’t fill my tank up and send me a bill must have $150 for delivery fee plus some. So I called Ameri gas and got propane the same day for .33 cents cheaper and saved $125 on a delivery fee.

Very poor service. I terminated service with them just recently due to them not sticking to their pre buy contract. For the past 5 years I always did the pre buy and when I would call when I got below 20 precent they would be rude to me but according to the pre buy contract I didn't have to call for it. Last winter they ran me down to 8 percent and this was after the driver said he would be back in December. Now that I've emptied the tank and called them on 11/16/2022 to come pick up their tank, it now 12/07/2022 the tank is now still setting here out at the end of the driveway. Just what I wanted was a lawn ornaments !! That shows how poorly ran business it is. I guess I need to make it easier for them and drag it out in the ditch.So my recommendation is take your business elsewhere

When you sign up for the top off program & the last two winters they get behind on heating fuel delivery of propane, it leaves you wondering what a top off means to this company. We're currently at 18% propane in the tank the last we looked at -4° outside. My husband & I don't care if you've been in business for 5 years or 45. When you call when your at 30% & they tell you your on the route at some point but don't know when. That was last week & still no delivery. What's top off mean? It means we get to worry we may run out due to no fault of our own. We shouldn't have to be calling & reminding them or worrying. Yes the delivery guy is friendly but that is not enough to keep our business. Our rd is clear & honestly it snows every winter this can't come as a surprise to this company. We've turned down our furnace as low as we can tolerate to make it last hopefully. Reliablity is not their strong suit. Our account is always paid in full.

We called them to let them know that we had switched companies and they could come pick up their tank. The hung up on my husband mid conversation and gave him no details about when they would be out to pick it up. After a month of calling they finally came out when no one was home never called and just drove in our yard right over our septic. Manager was very rude and blamed us for everything. Would not recommend to anyone.

Let's you run out of propane year after year in the dead of winter. Then will argue with you about whether or not they have left you without propane in years past without saying sorry or really even caring. Very unprofessional.
