I’ve read some of the reviews on here and I’m sort of in shock about what they say. We have been using Seng Tire for a few months now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Friends of ours have also use this company for over 15 years and have had absolutely wonderful experiences. Anytime we have an issue, whether it is the middle of the day or the middle of the night we are taking care of quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. As a small business owner myself, I understand how crucial to your business representation Google reviews are. I have recommended this company to everyone running in our area who has had issues and none of them have had a problem. We will continue to do business with this company on a weekly basis.

If I could post a review with less than one star I would. Why would a 24 HOUR ROAD SERVICE tire shop not be able to change a tire IN THEIR OWN DRIVEWAY?! Just ridiculous! You're a service in Michigan! It's cold in the winter! If you can't handle the cold then take your business down south! You have no business here! It's time to put your big boy pants on and take care of it. Not everything goes your way and they handled it poorly. Good luck keeping customers with that attitude. I definitely would not recommend.
