In McDonald's an employee took my order wasn't concerned with what I was ordering I had to keep repeating my order cause they wanted to play like kids. When they brought my food it my sandwich was stacked with lettuce and was thrown together they fixed the sandwich in like 5 seconds I knew my order had been messed up before I looked at it. I asked for my money back and another weird employee skinny with glass gave me 5 dollars back when I paid 12. I got frustrated and was constantly asking this woman to give my money back. She caught an attitude and tried to tell me that I ordered extra lettuce on my burger and that she was gone give me anything back I immediately ask for the supervisor she told me she don't have a supervisor. What happened to the customer is always right. But after harassing me she finally gave me my money I would not recommend this place they are childish disrespectful and unprofessional

This is by far the worst pilot been to within recent memory. Men's bathroom was so nasty, to the point of unhealthy. Trash bins inside, and out over spilling. Manager unconcerned, about problem. There is a serious managerial problem here from top down. I'm not talking about manager on duty. The actual manager of facility that's not present. This truck stop wasn't any better yesterday either. Pilot needs to clean house at Ottawa Hills, Michigan!!!
