I've taken a couple of my vehicles to them over the last 6 months. They're friendly, personable, competent and affordable. (Disclaimer: though I haven't contacted every shop in my area, they seem to be less expensive than most other auto repair shops in the Otsego area that I have contacted.) I trust them with my 2014 Kia Optima (280k miles) and my 2015 Audi Q7 (160k miles.)

I'm usually happy to go here. My entire family was. We brought in a car that was given from are passed away relitive. Gave us a list of lies,
2000 dollars worth of lies. Web bought all the parts to return them from another place. Wow, plus a fake video saying are ballpoint and frame was shot. Just got shown under grandpas car. I'm so mad wasn't even are car in the video. was priced 400 and returning on a bunch of parts. I don't know what happened? With this business. But what a scam. Staying away and all are family is as well. The family have been going for years. Your loss. You should not lie to people.
