Did taxes this year for 2021 got charged $464.00 to get anticipation loan and only approved for$500.00 .complete rip off I will never use H.R .again been using them for five years.and this is how places go out of business.

The cost to process the tax prep was not explained to me clearly. The other fee,s $40 fee and the $39 federal refund transfer cost, was not explained to me at all.
