I've been to hundreds of post offices in my 60+ years but without a doubt this is the friendliest, most helpful staff in any P.O. anywhere. They go above and beyond their job description and bend over backwards to accommodate customers. If this staff trained all postal workers it would be a pleasure to go to the post office instead of a dreaded chore.

The carriers for Otisville post office keep dropping my packages off at the wrong house because they are not reading the name or full street and only reading the numbers! It's happened multiple times and we have had to track our packages down everytime!

I'm annoyed with a staff member and the lack of punishment. Incident happend with my friend and her dog got hit. the issue is being taken care of but id like you to know that that coulda happen to anyone. considering that the lady knew about the dogs. also that punishment, my friend wasnt happy with cause that accident took the dogs life. she loved that dog. hope you take this into consideration.and for the sake of the dog please make the punishment a little worse because the poor doggo went through alotta suffering before she passed.

The weekday mail lady is nice. I’ve had constant trouble with packages though. Was suppose to receive 3 today. 2 of them showed up. Waited for the other, finally at 5PM received an email saying it was attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I was home all day! Twice this has happened while I was home, waiting for the delivery.

The person who delivers my mail can't seem to close the box and I'm losing mail. Shouldn't have to worry about what mail I'm not getting.
