They charge a crazy fee for using a credit card and blame the bank. They bank with idk pretty ridiculous . Only use cash here is what they want. Probably will never go back.

I recently bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt they had for sale and have been thrilled so far. For the age and miles, I think I got a really good deal. I knew there was going to be need some work done when we took it just for a second look, and the team gave me a fantastic deal and job on some struts and shocks. Bell Tire was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount more. The team here also told me there was some work Bell Tire said I needed done which I don't. That is honesty. They could have just done it, but they were not going to do a job which did not need to be done. Friendly, helpful, honest people. I definitely would feel safe doing more business down the road.

We needed to get a tire repaired and they had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Stopped what he was in the middle of doing, fixed the tire we were back on the road!!!

I normally do not do a bad review about a business. However this time around it is unfortunate to report that "Church and Son's" in otisville Michigan was a total nightmare. My family and I took in our GMC 2004 envoy due to a electrical issues. The service we paid for was to have it diagnosed. However without even asking for permission from the customer. The team went ahead and made repairs.We paid them for their service and time of course. Less than 24 hours later the problem was not even fixed. We return the vehicle to Church and Son's thinking that they will re-diagnose it and find out what the actual problem is. For a 2-hour job it took the team five days to return my vehicle back to me. To make matters worse they decided they wanted to charge us an extra $150 just to get a vehicle back that they misdiagnosed the first time around. Keep in mind that I was quoted $100 for a diagnosis to begin with. I will never use their services again. It is unfortunate because I used to use their services all the time with prior vehicles. Mike the owner should be ashamed of his team.

if i coud give you a damn zero for a review i would. you treat us well for years. then when we need you the most for our vehicles to simply help us figure out what the hell is going on with our vehicle you misdiagnose the vehicle to begin with (aside from you took it upon yourselves to do what you thought was needed and overcharged us without getting consent from us to do so). just to have the same issue arise just a few days after getting our vehichle back from you. we then bring our vehichle back to you just for you to hold onto our vehicle for five days, when you found out the issue in two hours, when you found the original issue was something completely different then what we initially paid you for. than you have the balls to mandate that we pay you for evaluating the vehicle that we wanted you to just do a diagnosis to begin with to find out what was going on. you over charge us to begin with and then attempt to charge us another fee when you were at fault to begin with!!! we are done with you as a client! do not treat your clients like dirt and overcharge them! we are displeased with your services and will no longer be using your services!
