THIS BANK IS A JOKE! Horrible customer service and they are horrible to their employees. If you need to do business with them keep that in mind! I have never been more disappointed in my life.

Switched to flagstar a year ago and have no doubt we made the right choice! Honesty, I feel like we go to a private bank now. Martin and his team made the transition really easy and have also helped with other financial decisions. Best bank in Kalamazoo.

During an emotional time for our family, I was at Flagstar on West Main with many questions and confusion. I met with Martin to discuss my options and he was understanding, kind, and very detailed in helping me through my many financial situations. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the excellent care and service I received from him and this branch. Each employee I spoke with also had the same caring, helpful demeanor. I will certainly do my banking here, thank you for truly caring.
