I walked into Flagstar for the first time ever about 8 minutes before close looking to open a CD after my own bank (where I have 8 personal & business accounts & been with for over a decade) turned me away. Sheila welcomed me with a smile and got my account opened by closing time. Thank you!

Switched to flagstar a year ago and have no doubt we made the right choice! Honesty, I feel like we go to a private bank now. Martin and his team made the transition really easy and have also helped with other financial decisions. Best bank in Kalamazoo.
