THIS BANK IS A JOKE! Horrible customer service and they are horrible to their employees. If you need to do business with them keep that in mind! I have never been more disappointed in my life.

Switched to flagstar a year ago and have no doubt we made the right choice! Honesty, I feel like we go to a private bank now. Martin and his team made the transition really easy and have also helped with other financial decisions. Best bank in Kalamazoo.
