This company is 100% dishonest! Do NOT do business with them!!! We called to purchase our propane tank, and they said they would. We called back to pay for it in full, and we were told they would no longer sell it to us for the $600. The tank was full, so we asked to continue to rent it until we used our fuel. They informed us that they had already took our tank "because they don't make enough money off of us", and they were only going to credit us a $1.00 a gallon toward our fuel that they stole. Which anyone who knows anything, knows that is way less than the going rate! I have reported them to the BBB, and will continue to post reviews on all their forums. What a great thing to deal with while recovering from cancer... Just a disgraceful company!!!

Will not bring propane to you unless your getting a full. They are not satisfied with delivering $100 worth of gas to a house full of kids, said its policy. I said it was a stupid policy and the women's reply was we can come out and get the tank. Just a garbage company. If your looking for propane, go somewhere else, anywhere else.

We recently had them come out to fill two propane tanks on our property. While here the driver damaged property and didn't say anything. When confronted he said he was in a hurry and didn't know if anyone was home so he didn't knock. He said it was our fault for having it where it was. When we called the office to report the damage we couldn't get a call back! After 3 days and us calling back someone finally transferred us to a manager who said they were not going to do anything about it. They are quick to come out and fill your tank but that's the only good thing we experienced. Customer service sucks and they don't care if they ruin your stuff. Steer clear!

Yrs ago was charged $400 for a repair I didn't need didn't help!! Took van to Northern Truck on River road - they figured it out right away . It was just my ground wire! Fixed it right away for free cause if all problems I had at Gary oil. Recommend Northern Truck or Complete Auto Repair. They are great too. Don't recommend Gary oil at all. Expensive & not knowledgeable!
