Many years ago Vicki was able to help us with a behavior our rescue dog had. He wouldn't let us touch his neck to put a collar on and would become aggressive. Other wise dog was very welled trained. Tried severe people prior and they were not able to help. She fixed it in one visit. So glad I found her again to recommend to friends in need.
