I had a big item to take back so had to take it to an actual FedEx store which was not easy to find online the only way I found it was by going to a on-site FedEx and they told me where it was and where to go once I got there the machines were acting crazy took about 20 minutes however the people that were helping me there were very patient and understanding and very helpful

I’m at the point I will skip on certain stores and purchases, anything I can do to avoid the AWFUL experience of FedEx shipping. Go with USPS every chance you can. The rumors about FedEx are very true. My ring camera can prove it lmao. Just chucked the box up onto my porch lmao.
