This place is a absolute joke, bought a 21 Silverado high country and traded in a 2014 high country, they took of my aftermarket wheels for the stock ones but damaged 2 of them badly, refused to admit any wrongdoing and I was called a liar that tried to get something for nothing after buying a truck like that, they called it aluminum corrosion (wheels never seen a winter so far) than it turned into curb damage (spokes are facing in with a plastic center cap sticking out) These people are not to be trusted and do not care one bit about customer satisfaction.Took me over a week to finally get some on the phone to be spoken to by the general manager and service manager like we went to high school together, raising their voice at me, telling me this time it's not gonna work like they messed my stuff up before.... And last but not least I bought a "certified" truck that is inspected on 200 points yet I had to come back to get all four rotors replaced because the truck was shaking so bad. That was Jon the salesperson that also doesn't care about customer satisfaction or complains for that matter. A bunch of crooks is what they are

My husband and I bought a Chevy Trax from here April 27 and the thing is a piece of crap. It now needs a new rear power train and it will cost $3,000. That is a load of crap and these people ripped us off.

Been leasing chevys for a while. First time at Wally Edgar. Do not go here. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had a deal arranged, credit checked, and deposit on truck for over a month. Day of the deal, they demand 5000$ for a down payment. This wasnt discussed or needed. It was too late to find another car so I did it. When counting out the deposit, the salesman Keith Moore miscounted twice in an attempt to steal 200$ from me, claiming the down payment was short. I counted it in front of him and he didn't seem surprised the full 5000$ was there. They didn't return my 500$ deposit nor did they apply it to my purchase. I had to contact my credit card company to get it back. The credit card I used for the deposit was also stolen that weekend. It was a new card and I hadn't used it anywhere else. I had to cancel the card. This dealership shouldn't exist. The salesman should have charges pressed against him. I am still in complete disbelief at the extent of dishonesty I experienced here. I know car dealerships are supposed to be sleazy but this is a criminal organization.

dishonest sales, incompetent technicians all under terrible management. Buying certified from this company means you buy a car that is not drivable. They sell certified LEMONS! They will hold your money until you can retain a lawyer. All while being treated like you are a second rate citizen. Please do not enter unless you are a man. Not a place for woman as you will be treated like you are less than and beneath them.

I tried to lease a camaro lt1 from keith Moore let me tell you the most unprofessional experience I ever been through. Waited 3 months for the car and everytime I asked about the car he'd get frustrated with me.. unbelievable then he tells me the car was stolen from the Lansing plant and I get nothing. He told me it was at the lot for parts but someone came and took it right off the lot.. very fishy Keith deserves to get fired

I purchased a used vehicle from Bruce Gepfrey. Bruce was very personable and easy to work with. The price that was agreed upon was a fair price both for the purchase and the trade in. After the purchase there were some issues that arose and I experienced some difficulty attempting to communicate with them. Although this was upsetting it was later explained to me that they were having technical problems and the communication issues were by no means intentional on their part. In the end the problems were resolved. I was assured that they take great pride in their customer service and that they have taken steps to avoid any further issues. I believe them and they have stood behind their product and made things right. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They are honest people that care about their customers.

Long story short, I will not purchase a vehicle from here and I suggest you do not either. They’ll sell the vehicle you’re going to buy to someone off the street…. when you’re on the way in to purchase it! Crazy.

Tried to get a tire fix near me…but all were too busy. Called Wally where I bought my car, about 30mile away but the team was great! They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way in less than 30 Minutes! Great staff, thoughtful, kind, and concerned.

Had a very good service appointment with Jason in service. He was very helpful and made sure to ask if there was anything else that they could look at while I had my vehicle in, which there was and they took care of that too. He got me in and out as quick as he could to make sure the problem was resolved in a reasonable amount of time which I really appreciated. Thanks Jason!

Stay as far away from this place as you can. Please.. we made appt last week to come in today. Told them we need a loaner.. no problem we're here now and sorry no loaners left. They didn't set one aside as requested. They said reschedule. Dave took day off work so we're stuck here while they fix it. Service guy taking care of us a real piece of work..

I went there at 3:30 for a flat tire fix. It took me forever to get there but it was closer than my normal Buff Whalen in Sterling Heights and I didn't think I'd make it there. So. I get to lake Orion. I am like can I do an oil change too? So. I pay every month for tire insurance. They're we're gonna charge me $15 so do the tire and I'm like no I pay $10 a month to not pay for tire s**** So They make me call my dealer to make sure I have tire insurance. Why am I calling and they aren't. Anyway. They decide to do my oil change and then tell me AFTER that they have to replace my tire they can't patch it and they don't have the tire in stock. Also that they would have to order a new tire but don't know when it's going to come in so they don't know what to tell me. So they make me call Buff Whalen again to see if they have they tire. They do but I have to get there by 6:30. So the guy is like let me go get your car the oil change is done. Tells me this at 4:32 and he is aware I need to be at my next place. I don't get my car until 5:18. What. The. F**** I still have to pay for it. I'm livid. They don't pull my car around they tell me it's outside so I'm in the parking lot looking for my ducking car. Finally get it. Now I drive to Buff Whalen get there by 6:18. now I'm waiting to get my tire fixed still. I left work early to get my tire fixed and beat traffic. It's almost 8 pm. I'm going to lose my s**** Like ok f*** you. You KNEW you didn't have my tire but went ahead and did the oil change anyway so you could get your $50 knowing I now have to drive an hour to Sterling Heights on a donut. Such Assholes. All I could think all day was "I am going to destroy them on Yelp". And I'm STARVING. I didn't eat one thing today except 1/2 cup of coffee at like 9am so I'm about to Throw a chair thru a window. NEVER. AGAIN.
