CVS was my pharmacy for years until I had to start enzymes. They made impossible to get my prescription. So I moved over to Walgreens and the second I talked to RJ the pharmacist she took control and got my prescription ordered immediately. I was so impressed by her knowledge and persistent attitude to help me. Thanks so much RJ.

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. First told me it was an ordering issue from my dr, then said it was a health insurance issue, them once I finally got it all taken care of and made sure they were infact part of my insurance network they refused to fill my mental health medication and the pharmacist told me I don't need to take them......even though I have been on these medications since 2020 & have SEVERE mental health issues (including manic episodes & past suicide attempts) thank you for making my Friday at work way more stressful than it needed to be & I will not be ever recommending this pharmacy to anyone! Also reported it through the state for comments made during my phone call.

After cvs turned us away because my 2 year old daughter didn't meet their height requirement for a passport photo we went across the street to walgreens and had no issues getting hers done or mine. The lady was so nice 10/10 recommend.

The shift lead "Scary Terri" so called manager cant abide by Walgreens Rules or policy's and is unwilling to help customers even with the smallest of tasks. I'm sorry to whomever has to interact with this person as an employee or customer.

I am a physician who called in to request refills for my mother who is terminally ill. I spoke to a female pharmacist with a strong Indian accent. She was rude on the phone and had extremely poor customer service. I had to maintain my composure to not be rude to her as well but it was tough. I wish Walgreen's would screen their pharmacists better or at least train them to improve their customer service. I will have my mother's doctors send the scripts to another pharmacy.

The staff they have are rude and would rather let you wait 5 minutes in-line than call IC3. Which is what they are supposed to do. Yesterday there were two cashiers waiting on another associate. And discussing how cute the items were and how many and much she had gotten, while my husband and I stood in line and watched them. Neither cashier was new nor did they need assistance. As we stood there and watched and listened, and they finished one of the cashiers looked up and asked if we were together, then said well if you want to step over here I will take you at the other register.. At this point the other associate was paying for her items and was ready to leave. I politely looked at her and said "we have been waiting for 5 minutes while you were talking and since she is done done now you want to open another register? No, we are good."What a joke! We paid for the items and left the store. Will not be returning. This store and customer service has really went downhill since 2017!Shame on you Walgreens for letting the customers down!!!!

This specific Walgreens is so ghetto. They allow their employees to come in when they are sick. I stood so far from this middle aged blonde lady worker who was turning red in the face, spray coughing all over her younger coworker who was scanning my items. I thought pharmacies were a place to get rid of cold/flu/sickness, not catch one..

I have been to this location 3 times in the past week to return an item via FedEx QR return. only once were they able to complete the transaction. In addition, 2 times I waited over 15 minutes to even have someone come to the photo desk.DO NOT GO HERE TO RETURN OR SHIP!

I waited in line at the pharmacy for 45 mins and there were only 2 customers in front of me. When I finally got up to the window the pharmacist shut the door in my face. Then when I came inside to see what was going on the two employees working were laughing about it. I was beyond upset. They said they closed at 6pm. It was now 6:02pm. I asked to speak with a manager and there was none on site. The employee acting as manager tried to reach out to the store manager and received no response. The pharmacist came out of the pharmacy at 6:07pm and tried saying that sometimes they stay late but today he wanted to leave early and the employees had to leave with him. He then just walked off as I was talking to him. This behavior is disgusting and I can't believe that Walgreens would staff employees like this. I will never use this Walgreens pharmacy again. How could I trust someone supposed to be held to the medical oath when they act like this?
