Terrible service ! Employees are not very nice! I tried to mail a return back to Amazon and I bought a box $12 from this store to mail it. they won’t even borrow a tape for me. If I borrow the tape, the box will be charged $7 more ! I know this is UPS policy, but employees can’t even adjust this situation? Just want the customer go home tape the box and come back again? The tape not even cost them 2cents! I tried talk to them tree times, they just answered me “no” with cold faces!

I had a wonderful experience with the UPS store/ 3585 in Orion Twp.
I worked with Kim and Jaimie on several printing jobs I needed done for a baby shower .
They were patient and so helpful in suggesting what to do and getting everything done in a timely manner.
Everyone that works there is so friendly.
I would highly recommend this UPS location!

Easy in and out. They are very fast so not much if any wait. Amazon express returns if need be. Staff is friendly and helpful. Small store but that really doesn’t matter. Ty 👍

I have been to this location several times for shipping, advice, and resumes. The workers are always professional, and the store is very clean. Shout out to Jamie and Kim, who have waited on me and have gone above and beyond.

I love this UPS store. I drive a few extra miles to come to this location because the staff is always very friendly and they go above and beyond to help out. They do much more than mailing and packaging. I reached out about printing addresses on about 60 envelopes for my daughters bridal shower. Jaimie was so very responsive and went WAAAAYYY above and beyond by personalizing the envelopes to MATCH THE INVITATION and picked out a perfect font for me! They are beautiful!! She really helped out THIS stressed out Mother-Of- The-Bride!! Thank you so much!

Dylan @store3585 was extremely helpful & kind in helping me with all of my returns, especially on a Friday! He took the time to show me how to process a no-label request rather than having to print & package my items, reducing extra trips. Thanks Dylan for great customer service!

The young gentleman that helped me return my spectrum equipment this morning was very kind and informational. He helped me disconnect the cables and prepare the equipment for packaging, and was generous enough to remind me to keep my recipt for a long time. Thank you good Sir! Warm tidings to you!

Sense the last time they replied they ignored the real problem. This specific UPS is more expensive than the rest of the UPS stores. I mentions usps was 5x cheaper because it is cheaper than ups. Didn’t really think it was all that confusing, its worrying that it confused you guys and people trust you with stuff much more complicated than reading.
