I grow up around here now live over 500 miles away. When visiting here my trucks transmission line started to leak. They know exactly what was going on. “They really do stand behind their work. I was scared at first for a big job I know I couldn't do that required the dash to be takin apart. They made sure everything was good after even after the work was done. I believe I was quoted a certain number of hours for the job but David ended up spending more time because of some difficulties and they did not even try to charge me extra. That is loyal. I'm sure this guy David works really hard on the major jobs and deserves a award. Erin was also very nice at the service desk and was very professional.”
“My car needed clutch work, requiring an appointment in advance. I was able to drop it off the night before using the key dropbox. Once diagnosed, Gott's sourced OEM parts while keeping me updated every step of the way. When one of the new parts turned out to be defective out of the box, Gott's team ID'd it and rectified it before returning my car to me at no extra cost to me.
My car was so broken for so long, it's strange to drive it now that it's fixed. I should have come here sooner. Thanks Gott's!”

“I recently brought in my prized possession (aka weekend sports car cruiser) for some preventative maintenance (master clutch cylinder replacement, clutch fluid change, oil change, etc.) and was really impressed with the level of customer service from both the Manager and Owner of Clarkston Auto & Transmission. Not only were they very responsive on the communication front, but they also charged a very reasonable price for the work performed (especially given the labor hours involved). I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to this shop and will be back the next time I"m in need of service. Thanks!”
“The engine on our 2015 GMC Terrain blew about six weeks ago. We already had a new engine on order, but delivery was delayed by a month. We also had all new components for the front suspension, which we requested they install at the same time as the new motor. While they had the motor out, I also requested they replace the seals on the axles and the front seal on the transmission. There were a couple of other items that also needed to be taken care of, including the remote start and ambient temperature sensor.All of the work was completed yesterday and we picked the car up yesterday afternoon. It now runs beautifully!”

“I took my car to 2 different mechanics before Goodison... I had a supposed suspension problem. Belle Tire gave me an estimate of over $2000, so I called up Goodison; I heard they had good reviews. They answered right away and fit me in for a time to come in. The guys were so incredibly nice, honest, and straight to the point. Long story short, over the phone they had nothing but good to say about my car, explaining it was well taken care of; I didn't have a suspension problem like Belle Tire told me, and repairs only cost $200, not only that, they fixed my brakes because they noticed there was a screeching noise to them, no extra cost. I was over the moon. I brought them donuts upon my arrival to pick up my car, I was so grateful for their amazing service! Super fast too- they only had my car for 24 hours and was ready to be picked up. Overall a super smooth repair and process. My go-to auto shop for my car!!!! Thank you Goodison Garage!!!”
“I was in from out of town. They got me in same day and fixed the problem. all 4 brakes with rotors. They were very nice. Even set me up with a payment plan. I walked in looking at an $800.00 bill I couldn't afford, and walked out feeling secure with good brakes as well as being able to pay over time. I was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!”

“USA Transmission of Waterford just rebuild or replace the damaged parts in my 1993 Ford Mustang GT automatic transmission. The first call I made to USA was after hours and Jay answered the call. He listened to the problem with the Automatic Transmission Overdrive issue. He reassured me that they could get the repair done with in few days. I asked to keep the car inside during the time the transmission was being serviced. Jay reassured me that was not a problem keeping the car inside. I dropped the car off the next day. Aaron was there to take the car in. The next day Aaron called with an update. The transmission was removed and placed on the bench. The next day Aaron called again with another update of the parts needed. Two days later Aaron called again letting me know the transmission was reinstalled and will be done tomorrow. The next day it was done. I picked the car up. During the entire time Aaron kept me posted on the progress. I would not hesitate to bring any vehicle to USA Transmission of Waterford.”

“10/10 - I took my car in because I was hearing noises when I put my foot on the break and also, my headlights weren’t aligned so I wanted them to take a look at that as well. They took time to check out my brakes fully to ensure that wasn’t the issue. They kept the car overnight to start it/drive it in the morning to make sure they didn’t hear the noise. I asked about my tires and the owner even checked out that too! Very nice men and helpful. They found no issues so I went and picked up my car. The employee also fixed the alignment on my headlights as well! Definitely recommend!”

“Only suggestion is when your tech test drive a vehicle keep the radio off. When I picked my car up the radio was blaring. The tech couldn’t possibly hear any noise from the engine or wheels.”
“Brought my Ram 2500 in for 66rfe Transmission issues. They rebuilt it for me for a reasonable price. A day after picking it up the torque converter failed. They replaced the torque converter and it is good as new again. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a shop that does good work at a fair price. Thank you Pioneer.”
“I had some motor work done on my f250 last year in October, one thing lead to another, I finally got my truck back in late February with understanding that my a/c was also fixed this was told to me by one of their managers, come to find out it was never fixed. The old manager doesn't work there anymore, but the new manager Isaac, took a look at everything that was promised to me and made it happen, his mechanic chirs was awesome, everything is fixed, I am super happy, and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done, ? satisfied customer”
“Brought my car here for a fuel pump issue. Dave checked it over and found that it was an electrical issue to the fuel pump. Fixed and good. Then another part of the electricals to the fuel pump failed and he fixed that part for free. He guarantees his repairs on the parts that he fixes. Good service.”

I asked Dave to install some after-market modifications and he didn't blink an eye and said no problem.He and his team including Mariah, Mathew & Brandon went above and beyond to taking on the new challenge.He installed a new S&B Air Intake, Ripatuned Incognito Lower pully, AWE tuning catback exhaust system, Eibach Front spring and Foutz rear spacer for a leveling kit, Baja 20" behind the grill light bar along with a Bedrug bed liner and Undercover Armor Flex tri-fold bed cover. I couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship, attention to details, timeliness, price and answered all my concerns.I Highly recommend Dave and his team! and I will use them again in the next phase of my build.”
