The customer service here is great, Thomas in specific was extremely helpful and kind and somebody I would be happy to have take care of me again in the future. They are quick to get you in and I received my car back way faster than I was expecting. An issue did happen to come back (tricky problem) and they were even quicker to get me in and fix it again! Keep up the great work and thank you again Tommy for going above and beyond!

What’s typical is the wait time for repairing your vehicle, prepare to wait longer than the projection. I’ve seen that across the board with about every dealership and mechanic. But what’s special about this dealership is the customer care, the instant feeling that you’re part of the family with that hometown vibe, and the fact that they won’t leave you stranded. I’ve never been to a dealership where they have a porter to take you home in the area or loaner cars to keep you going while they repair your car for extended periods of time. That is truly going above and beyond. Usually you are left to fend for yourself after you drop your car off. Not at skalnek! Keep up the good work!

I called about a few issues that happened after getting my car back from having recalls done. They had my car for over a week with little to no communication unless I called. When I got my car back I opened my center console and noticed all my coins were gone. I also had a few dollars that were also gone. They left trash in my door pockets and the repaired parts were strewn about. I do not recommended them for anything. I'll not being going back.

They would not honor the Ford extended warranty we bought from them. We had to take our car to a different dealership and they couldn't believe that Skalnek would not service our car. Because it was a Ford extended warranty we were able to go to a different Ford dealership.

I received recall notice on trans sensor. made appointment, show up. then find out the dealership charges $160 to see if trans sensor is bad. you could have easily explained this before we made appointment. and they said it's not recall anyway! I remember when customer service was a big deal! now it's where else you gonna go? I'll drive to Ohio! I will not be back!

We have purchased several cars from Skalnek. We won't be back because of the terrible service department. We brought our 2021 expedition in for warranty work and 2 recalls after we were contacted to say recall parts were in they claimed one was not. Also wouldn't fix any of the 3 warranty items. I was told that my retractable running boards needed more frequent car washes and they didn't even try to repair them. The rear defrost cord came off and they insinuated that that was my fault too and quoted a price for $845 even though it is a warranty item. I took my vehicle up to Szott on Holly rd and they happily and politely fixed all of these.

Long review. But awesome place. Took car in for work we knew needed done (Transmission work). Already knew it was going to be pricey.Ended up finding out more was wrong. Always a terrible situation to be in. However this place not only was willing to work with us they did an amazing job on the work itself. Car is running like a top and in better shape than when it was bought (Turbo was non-functional from lot it was bought from).I would highly recommend this place. Quality work and labor price is good for a dealer shop. I would 100% be comfortable taking a vehicle here again.

Bought 2 yr old Fusion, came with 2 sets of keys, one went dead after a week of use. A new battery and it's dead in 5 days, an obvious short. So on my first oil change service said and I quote " when you buy batteries from a store in original packaging 50% are going to be bad." So at $7.50 they put a good battery in. 5 days of use any it shorted out. Today they want to sell me a new key at over $200. I told them where they can stick that key and promised never to come back.
