I would not recommend this store to female customers or to men of high moral character. It became clear to me that my presence was unknown when I heard a customer and employee very loudly discussing teenage girls in the most vulgar and offensive terms. They then added that is how all the girls are in Rochester! If it had just been the customer, I would not be leaving this review as I understand you can't control what your clientele says but the employee was fully engaged and participating in the conversation. The customer and the male employees were all shocked when I approached the counter as they realized I had heard all of the disgusting things they had been saying. Absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I will never return to this location!

Really nice paint supply store in Lake Orion.They have a great paint variety and lots of tools and accessories.The staff are SUPER helpful and the store is kept rally clean.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The people working there are great! They go above and beyond. Sherwin Williams is a little more expensive than other home improvement stores, but it’s well worth it for the customer service you’ll receive.

Call before you waste your time going in as a non painter, Sherwin Williams only cares for their professional clientele. Do not waste your time, I had to go to homedepot at least they have product.

I always appreciate help and attention every time I shop in the store.The team always does a very good job.I really love that the information on the previous purchases and in particular pain mix is stored. And they can pull it and mix it again next time you will need the same color. It is very helpful!
